Data collected

Through the booking-request form: your name, email, phone (optional), the chosen cocon, dates, number of adults and children, and your message. No account is created and no payment data is collected on this website.

Purposes & legal basis

To handle and answer your booking request, send you an estimate and manage our relationship through to your stay — on the basis of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Recipients & processors

Your data is used only by the Les Cocons d’Oliana team and the following processors, each for its own role:

• Render (hosting of the website) — technical data.

• Brevo (transactional emails) — name and email, to send the confirmation and our reply. Brevo is a provider established in the European Union.

• Stripe (payment and card pre-authorisation, once your request is accepted) — payment/deposit data collected directly by Stripe, off this website. Stripe may be required to transfer certain personal data outside the European Economic Area in compliance with the safeguards provided by the applicable regulations (in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses where necessary).

• Notion (internal back-office) — request details. Notion is a US provider; data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your data is never sold or rented.

Retention

Booking requests and business correspondence: 3 years from the last contact. Confirmed bookings, invoices and payment/contract evidence are kept longer where a legal, accounting or tax obligation requires it (typically up to 10 years).

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and ask for portability. Write to bonjour@lescoconsdoliana.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies & third parties

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tool. A single browser local-storage entry remembers your language; it is strictly functional and requires no consent.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: Google receives the visitor’s IP address to serve the fonts (no cookie is set by this loading).
